The Judges for ADFX 2016 are as follows:
Following his graduation 1981 Chris travelled to the USA to pursue a career in brand management. An exposure to advertising through DDB on Madison Avenue sparked off what has become a lifelong passion for creativity through brand communication.
Managing Partner, Chief Insight Officer, Havas Media UK
Denise is very curious by nature, always wanting to find the why behind the what. She loves to know what makes people tick; why they make the choices they do. Denise found her natural home working in media research, enabling her to ask why for a living. She counts herself incredibly fortunate to have spent the last 23 years in both full –service and media agencies.
Chief Operating Officer, Manning Gottlieb OMD
Paul joined Manning Gottlieb OMD in 1996, during which time he has held a number of positions including Deputy Head of Broadcast and Group Account Director. He is now our Chief Operating Officer and sits on the agency's Strategic Board. Paul's primary responsibility is to lead and manage the successful commercial growth of the agency and to manage the day to day operations of the business.

With over 15 years experience as an integrated planner Jason has worked with numerous brands across several continents. Jason started out as a management trainee for IPC Magazines (the largest consumer publisher in the UK) where he cut his teeth on both brand and traditional direct marketing skills such as subscription based marketing, inserts and POS conversion.
Joint Head of Strategy, Mother London
Chris has worked in advertising for 14 years, I think. He explains it to us every now and again, but we don't really understand what he does. We're pretty sure he doesn't either.
He worked at a place called TBWA in Ireland selling burgers to kids (McDonald's), whiskey to Irish people (Jameson) and helped make gambling more accessible to everyone (Paddy Power). We were very proud. He moved to London 9 years ago.
Director of Strategy, BBDO Europe
Alex Lewis is Director of Strategy for BBDO Europe, leading the network's strategic planning in 27 markets across Europe and the Middle East.
He joined BBDO from Ogilvy in 2006. Since then he has helped find global ideas for some of the network's biggest brands, and continues to lead the global strategy on Snickers, Guinness and all of the Mars owned food brands
Joint Managing Director, RED C Research
David founded OI Research in 2007, which grew to become a leading provider of research-based strategic consulting services in Ireland. OI Research merged with RED C in 2012 and is now part of the RED C Group. David is also a former director of Lansdowne Market Research, part of the Millward Brown group of companies, and has previously worked successfully as a freelance researcher both in Ireland and abroad.
Anne-Marie O’Sullivan is a Strategic Planner with particular expertise and interest in using video methodologies in qualitative research to help brand owners generate insight and apply this to their business.
