How to Enter Your Step By Step guide

The ADFX Awards are open to IAPI members and clients of member agencies only.
The Campaign that the entry evaluates must have been published within three years of the date of submission (i.e. between 6th April 2015 and 6th April 2018), although it may have commenced earlier.

We are open for entries.Entrants are strongly advised to complete the pre-registration form

After the pre-registration period closes, you can submit your entry and upload other required materials to your online entry dashboard. You will need your agencies username and password for the IAPI site to gain access. Contact Jay in IAPI if you are unsure of this.

The deadline for entries is 6th April 2018.

The award process is designed for the convenience of the entrant and the judging panel. Submission into the Awards is by a case study. You must adhere to the entry template where a word count of 4,000 is given or 4,500 in the case of a joint entry. On the right you can download a guide to writing a winning entry which details the headings you will find in the online entry section and what you should cover in each section.

An entry may be submitted in more than one category at an additional cost.

Before starting to write any case study we strongly advise that you read past ADFX papers in our databank.

A full list of the judges and their biogs can be found in the judging section.  Details on scoring can be found here.

We have put together a number of other guides, a timetable and a checklist available in the download section to help you. We suggest you print these off and read before starting any case.

Both your cases for judging and publishing must be uploaded in line with the T&Cs with our simple online system. We have put together a short video that outlines the uploading process that we suggest you watch.
