As Director of Google EMEA Inside Sales, Michael manages a Google division responsible for new business acquisition through evangelising the business community to the benefits of Google's products and services. Based in Dublin, Inside Sales employs sales professionals from many countries and cultures and is a key growth engine for Google. The group covers sales of AdWords, Display Ads and AdSense.

Michael joined Google in February 2006 from CIT, where he was European Sales Director for Dell Financial Services (DFS). Prior to DFS he was ten years with Dell Inc, and was responsible for setting up Dell's UK Consumer Sales Division, as well as Benelux Home & Small Business Division.

Michael holds an honours degree in Business Studies from University of Ulster and a diploma in Electronic Engineering from CIT, Cork.
