Association of Advertisers in Ireland Michael Carraher

A graduate of UCD, Michael started his career in marketing with Unilever Ireland where, as senior Market Executive, he managed a portfolio of brands. In 1984 joined Diageo and successfully managed the Smithwicks and Budweiser brands for over seventeen years. Michael became Chief Executive of the Association of Advertisers in Ireland in 2001. A native of Skerries, he is a keen sailor, a passionate rugby enthusiast and an active member of Skerries Rugby Club.
